Learn about Fear and Flow from a World Class Athlete
Kristen was named the best female big mountain extreme skier in the world, a status she kept for 12 years. Known for enormous cliff jumps and you-fall-you die descents (none of which you’ll do during camp!), she became sponsored by the likes of Red Bull, Ralph Lauren, and Nikon. Her mastery of other danger sports including paragliding, ice and rock climbing, kiteboarding, adventure mountain biking and flying trapeze also gained her the outdoor industry vote as most fearless woman athlete in North America, beating all danger-sports stars, not just skiers.
Retired as an athlete since 2003, she then spent 16 years going to the next level — studying intently with a Zen Master. This, alongside facilitating tens of thousands of clients into high-performance states, has led her to be a thought leader on sports performance mindset, getting into the zone by choice rather than by chance, whole mind thinking, aliveness, embracing change, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and more.
Kristen’s transition to fear/anxiety expert came in 2012, the day she realized so many issues -including under-performing, insomnia, PTSD, panic attacks, excessive anxiety, depression, excessive anger, irrational fear, indecisiveness and more- can be permanently resolved once we address our misguided relationship to fear.
Her Amazon best seller book: The Art of Fear: Why Conquering Fear Won’t Work and What to Do Instead, is an industry game changer, and her remarkable work has been featured in Tim Ferriss’s Tribe of Mentors, the Megyn Kelly Show, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Outside, Forbes, USA Today, MindValley, NPR, over 150 podcasts and many more.
Working with her live is a most remarkable experience, not to be missed.
Oh, my God. It was incredible. Literally zero actual advice about skiing, and my skiing is probably 40% better, and it was seriously the best weekend of my entire life.
