As you know, Kristen’s training is in Zen. What you may not know is: to learn all that she learned, she had a teacher and studied with him regularly. This is how the teachings became integrated in her life, long before she was able to transmit them to others.

These calls are designed to help take you there, as well.

They start with shadow work. Maybe you’ve heard Kristen say ‘whatever you wont look at is the key to freedom’  If you ever feel out of sorts, that means a voice that you’ve been ignoring is trying get your attention. By looking at it, if you remember –while doing this can be difficult and painful, such effort sets you free every time. It’s also what set Kristen free again and again, during her training. 

Plus it’s remarkably easier than not  looking at it, which can ruin your enjoyment of life often for years.

But our practice doesn’t stop there.

Kristen also offers you fresh insights on how to embrace change, make great choices, access what wants to happen next in your life and more. She even takes you into transcendent flow states with but a simple shift, whenever you like.

Here's What You Experience

Once a week, for an entire month, you engage in a live, small group phone call with Kristen. During which you can:

  • Either be a quiet observer or an active participant

  • Submit questions or requests in advance

  • Be facilitated by her one-on-one

  • Witness others also being facilitated one-on-one by Kristen

  • Ask Kristen clarifying questions , or bring up whatever you desire during the call

  • Do so anonymously, while in the privacy of your own home

The phone calls are capped at a small number so you’re sure to have a personal experience. You also are provided with worksheets and other handouts to help you go all the way with this incredible opportunity. You must sign up for the whole series of four events. If you miss any of them live, note they are recorded and easily replayed.

These support phone calls are for Alumni clients only. You must have experience working with Kristen before, either live or with an at-home course. You also must have experienced using her voice-dialog process called SHIFT, and have an understanding of the 10,000 voices.

Logistics

Feb 10, 17, 24 & March 2, 2020

Calls occur at 6pm MST (8pm EST, 5 pm Pacific) and last 60-75 minutes each.

You submit questions to Kristen in advance, then call in armed with an access code, before having your questions addressed with Kristen facilitating you and others live on the call.

Any missed calls are recorded and can be listened to (or re-experienced) at your own convenience.

Frequently Asked Questions

I feel nervous about doing these in a group.

While these are designed to be non-threatening, spontaneous and fun calls, we do understand. Know however, you can be anonymous, or a wallflower, and still get a ton out of them. Just witnessing other’s questions and explorations are always so fascinating, and relevant to your own life. Plus you can submit questions and get a personal response from Kristen about them without having to engage during the call. That being said, if you know yourself and think that private sessions might be a better option, consider them instead. They’re more expensive, but if it makes a difference, remember that you’re worth it!

Do the calls work?

Yes! You’ve worked with Kristen before, so you know how powerful sessions with her can be. Plus, check out her testimonials. She has worked with many clients for over 15 years now, and their lives just keep getting better and better.

Can I invite friends or family members to join the calls?

It depends. These calls are for folks who have worked with Kristen before. If your guest hasn’t worked with her, they have missed basic essentials and subsequently will be lost in these more advanced sessions. To get the basics down then, recommend they sign up for the ‘Ask Kristen Support Calls’ first. After completion, they are eligible to attend these next.

If your guest has worked with Kristen before, please have them sign up separately, and receive their own call-in details. This way you can both have a full, personal experience rather than usurping each others.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel for a full refund until one month prior to the start date of the first call. After that, you can gift or sell the calls to another eligible person and they can attend in your place.

What if I miss one, or can’t make even any of them, should I still sign up?

Yes. Your submitted questions are addressed even if you’re not on the live calls.

And, if you miss any or even all of them, note they are recorded and easily replayed, or re-experienced at any time. Given this, attend the ones you can live, then easily experience the others at a more convenient time.

Is Kristen a doctor or therapist?

No. Kristen’s training started with real world experience; being the best in the world at a difficult sport for 12 years, exploring exactly what works and what doesn’t regarding fear and other emotions, in a heightened environment.

Then, she voraciously studied not psychology, but Zen for over 15 years. This is what helped her most of all, establish and solidify her current methods and practices.

Her third credential came from working with over ten thousand clients now, over the last two decades, helping them gain remarkable and proven results.
